Description

As a Senior Manager / Engagement Lead for the Automotive sector at Publicis Sapient, you will be part of the Transportation & Mobility team.

Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific digital product or products within an engagement.

You will work closely with clients undergoing major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) projects, understanding their business and end-customer needs, and delivering value through fast incremental cycles.


Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with clients, strategists, experience leads, and enterprise architects to define business goals and value streams, shaping solution propositions that drive transformative business outcomes and customer experience.
  • Lead your team in developing and overseeing project deliverables, including estimations, plans, risks, and traceability matrices.
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes autonomy, mastery, and purpose through coaching, individual development, and performance standards.
  • Take accountability for creating a team culture focused on valuebased delivery, selforganization, and empowerment.
  • Keep the team focused on outcomes and have a datadriven approach to measuring success.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a digital agency or consultancy, leading scaled agile teams to design and build exceptional digital experiences for demanding clients.
  • Proven track record of working with Clevel stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader, prioritizing economic and customer value.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring individuals, with a continuous focus on personal and professional growth
