Rossway Swan is seeking a full-time Probate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Corporate law paralegal experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities to include:

• Collaborate with clients to meet their legal needs
• Assist attorneys in probate and estate planning matters
• Manage estate administration, including asset distribution and probate court filings
• Provide support to our corporate law team in transactions, contracts, and business formation whenever possible

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' relative experience
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with estate planning/probate practice
• Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents
• Manage trust distributions and probate filings
• Corporate law experience a plus
