Your Responsibilities:

In this responsible role, you will be the main point of contact for employees and managers for all personnel matters from A-Z.

You will handle personnel administration from entry to exit, be responsible for payroll accounting (external payroll provider) including social security, management of the time recording system, personnel development, internal communication, as well as organizing events and general administrative tasks.

Additionally, you will actively support personnel recruitment in all areas.

Your Profile:
You have a further education in human resources and several years of professional experience in a similar position.

Your work style is structured and solution-oriented, you like to act proactively, and you are a strong communicator with empathy.

Your German and English skills are fluent.
