- Required:
- License-Eligible Masters Degree in Related Field from CBHI Approved List of Degrees.
- Preferred:
- Obtain independent license within 2 years of full-time employment.
- Required:
- Experience in therapeutic work with children, adolescents, and families.
- Preferred:
- Experience in strength-based assessment, treatment plan development, collaborative teamwork, and cultural responsiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Required:
- Reliable transportation and valid auto registration, insurance, driver's license.
- Flexible to client/family scheduling needs and crises within 8 am-8 pm.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
- Capable of sitting for prolonged periods, accessing community locations, and lifting packages up to 10 pounds.
- Preferred:
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
- Use psycho-therapeutic techniques to enhance youth's functioning and caregiver skills.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, assess risks, and facilitate family meetings.
- Collaborate with team members, request specialist consultations, maintain records, and attend meetings.

Provide In-Home Therapy (IHT) services to youth and families enrolled in IHT through the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative. Therapists are Master's level clinicians offering individual and family therapy to enhance functioning and positive communication within the family system. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination in collaboration with a Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) team.
