As a Finance Manager you will identify and drive operational efficiency, growth opportunities, and cost saving strategies.

In addition, you will assist business partners throughout the organization to understand financial performance and complex reports using clear communication skills.

And you will act as an advisor to the business on financial matters and providing input into business decisions from a financial perspective.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • Direct Business Partnering: Provide financials insights, direction and recommendations to internal and external partners. Manage the completion of ad-hoc questions/ issues/projects as they arise, making recommendations where appropriate. Works cross functionally to drive continuous improvement within our processes and to drive value through our investments.

Financial Management: Advise and provide guidance to Leadership around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, targets and forecasts to ensure financial goals and strategies are achieved. Ensuring project financials are adhering to GAAP and company accounting policy. Responsible for performing and leading the periodic/quarterly month-end close process and budgeting/strategic forecast for Brand Building and other critical processes.

Drive Decision Making: Engage and influence management proactively, while playing a key role in identifying opportunities and taking proactive actions to minimize risk to the Financial Plan. Frame ad-hoc reporting or analytics requests and interface across organizational tiers; review ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics work products. Help to ensure senior management is kept abreast on progress of projects, key due dates, opportunities and risks, and financial metrics.

Project Management: Ownership of project status and team meetings, providing updates to finance leadership. Ensuring the execution / completion of projects, key due dates, identification of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:


  • Master's Degree in a Finance/Business-Related + 2 or more years of workrelated experience,
    _OR_ Bachelor's Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field + 4 or more years of related work experience
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Strong leadership skills, experience leading a team and demonstrates strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to successfully manage compressed timelines, conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
