    Operations Specialist (Level III)
    FULLTIME/


    PARTTIME:
    Fulltime (Contract assignment)
    Monday - Friday 8a, to 5pm OT as needed
    02 hourly
    (The stock loan analyst plays an integral role in the support of our institutional trade desks. Role includes interaction with the Front Office Business Unit other internal GMOMO support departments such as Trade Processing, Settlement, Corporate Actions and Operations Risk management.


    • Expert Excel knowledge.
    • Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar major preferred.
    • Basic understanding of and/or experience in Financial service industry.

    Other responsibilities include internal reconciliation and fail research of all brokers to broker transactions, following up with clients/contra brokers directly to resolve aged fails.

    Trade Support and/or Global Markets, Financial Services experience


    • Basic Excel knowledge
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of process improvements.
    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • Use of computers and technology
