**Operations Support Specialist**
at LendingTree Jacksonville, Florida, United States **THE POSITION**
This position is responsible for supporting department Directors in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
Create, compile, deliver performance and other operational reports.
Interact with internal departments as needed to include Legal, HR, Compliance, IT Developers, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Accounting Managers, Sales, and our Service teams.
Manage administrative efforts to include R&R, budget, and HR data.
Provide coverage for any of the support roles, as dictated by absences or volume fluctuations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
**General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
Knowledge of client objectives and business priorities.
Ability to adjust tasks and prioritize to meet time commitments.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to show concern for needs and issues of clients and staff; establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Direct experience working in environments with the following: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Tableau, Verint, Salesforce, Oware/COARSE.
Ability to use all applicable software resources to provide clear, accurate and efficient administrative reports/documents as needed to support sales and service departments. (intermediate to expert level)
Demonstrable operations analyst experience in contact center environments.
Demonstrable understanding of basic system and process flows of call center operations.
Displays a strong commitment to the organizations mission and values.
Adheres to ethical principles that reflect the highest standards of organizational and individual behavior.
**Qualifications:**
Prior customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Direct experience working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Tableau, Verint, Salesforce, Oware/COARSE preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
