Your tasks:
✓ You build the team by using professional recruiting tools and ensuring the onboarding of new partners
✓ You are responsible for training and motivating partners and developing the team
✓ You support the store manager in feedback, performance, and development discussions
✓ You keep an eye on personnel key figures in the store: personnel costs, planning of personnel requirements, shift planning
✓ You ensure unique guest service by ensuring that processes and standards are followed
