Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Digital Strategy Team with organizational and administrative tasks. You will also support in developing pitch materials, coordinating client conversations, and planning team activities. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work well in a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Digital Strategy Team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Support in developing pitch materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, market analysis, and evaluations
  • Contribute to the development of new processes or the enhancement of current procedures
  • Coordinate, administer, and take ownership of strategic side initiatives for the project
  • Make necessary travel arrangements
  • Coordinate client conversations, serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders, and plan team activities

Requirements:


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree with excellent grades
  • Previous experience in project management and teamwork
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Organizational skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Structured approach to work
  • Familiarity with internet and technology
  • Fluent in English and German
