Salary:
$52,000 - $65,000


Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
