Are you a passionate sports enthusiast with experience coaching kids aged 3-10 in soccer, basketball, flag football, and baseball? Do you love inspiring young minds and helping them develop essential skills on and off the field? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you


Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging sports sessions for children aged 310 in soccer, basketball, flag football, and baseball.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage skill development and teamwork.
• Teach fundamental techniques and sportsmanship while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
• Tailor coaching methods to accommodate various skill levels and learning styles.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and upcoming events.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are in proper condition for each session.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and assist in coordinating events and tournaments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience coaching youth sports, preferably in soccer, basketball, flag football, and baseball.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about working with kids and helping them reach their full potential.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car for commuting to different locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and parents.
• Demonstrated ability to create fun and educational activities that promote skill development.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional coaching experiences.
• Background check and relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, etc.) may be required.
