Overview:

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks in various areas such as electrical, mechanical, and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Make ready rooms /remodeling
• Installing tvs
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Trash removal
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

Experience:

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency in electrical systems and plumbing
• Experience in facilities maintenance
• Ability to paint and hang sheetrock
• Customer service skills for interacting with internal teams
• Leadership qualities for guiding maintenance projects
