What to expect?

  • You will be responsible for the strategic and operational goals of our external production facilities, ensuring successful quality, cost, and delivery fulfillment
  • You will lead the external manufacturing units by supervising both internal employees and employees of supplier companies
  • You will work closely with internal departments such as production planning, purchasing, logistics, quality, and our own factories to ensure smooth collaboration and optimal results
  • You will also coordinate the exchange of all relevant information between departments, always keeping our interests in mind
  • You will also contribute to protecting our organization from potential damage to intellectual property by carefully adhering to all applicable policies
  • You will be responsible for budget and personnel planning at external locations, as well as negotiating and renegotiating cooperation contracts with external suppliers. Additionally, you will monitor cost compliance, delivery quality, and supplier delivery reliability

What should you bring?

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of specialized university studies, preferably with an additional qualification or even a doctorate
  • You have over 4 years of experience in production or operations, with additional experience in manufacturing, quality, and logistics
  • You have a good technical and analytical understanding, as well as workshop production know-how. Experience in contract manufacturing and purchasing is a plus, but not required
