Job description

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Budget Management: Prepare accurate project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to optimize project costs.

Team Leadership and Coordination: Supervise and motivate project team members, including subcontractors and in-house staff. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure project progress and adherence to quality standards.

Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

Client Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.

Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety regulations and protocols on all project sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks.


Pay:
$40, $65,000.00 per year
