Our client in the service industry is looking for two customer service representatives / call center agents (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time for our location in Burr Oak, IA.


Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing calls in customer service and secretarial services in German and English
  • Responding to initial inquiries for our clients or forwarding calls
  • Scheduling appointments or providing information
  • Documenting calls in the ERP system

Our expectations:

  • Enjoyment of talking on the phone and interacting with customers
  • Preferably a commercial education
  • Work experience in customer service/service center/call center
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good oral English skills
