Your responsibilities:

Providing serviceoriented and conclusive telephone advice to our insured members regarding contribution and insurance law matters
Assessing insurance relationships in terms of social security law
Actively advising on TK's digital offerings
Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction through your professional and friendly manner
Contributing to process and task development within the team

Your profile:

Completed training as a social insurance specialist or healthcare management assistant
Good knowledge in the areas of insurance, registration, and contribution law
Experience in telephone customer service, professional communication skills, and excellent communication abilities
Ideally, English language skills at level B
Strong team player
