Your responsibilities:

  • Providing serviceoriented and conclusive telephone advice to our insured members regarding contribution and insurance law matters
  • Assessing insurance relationships in terms of social security law
  • Actively advising on TK's digital offerings
  • Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction through your professional and friendly manner
  • Contributing to process and task development within the team

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a social insurance specialist or healthcare management assistant
  • Good knowledge in the areas of insurance, registration, and contribution law
  • Experience in telephone customer service, professional communication skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • Ideally, English language skills at level B
  • Strong team player
