Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.

As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information about different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
• Accurately weigh and package cannabis products for sale
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong phone etiquette
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
• Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state regulations)
• Knowledge of local and state cannabis laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
