For our Business Unit Service, Compounding & Extrusion, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Commissioning Engineer/Technician (m/f/d) for our Stuttgart location.

Your responsibilities

  • Commissioning of new plastic processing plants and servicing of existing plants
  • Inspection of assembly quality, identification of errors; conducting technical functional tests
  • Mechanical and process commissioning of ZSK machines and complete systems
  • Implementation of product-specific optimizations on existing plants
  • Documentation of commissioning progress and functional tests
  • Recording of additional work, hindrances; on-site tracking of deadlines and costs
  • Management of on-site commissioning team
  • Customer consultation
  • Creation of plant-specific start-up and operating instructions, as well as training and instruction of operating personnel
