We are currently looking for Dutch or French-speaking Customer Service Specialists (m/f/d) at our location in Bolton, VT.

Our comprehensive customer contact management is offered to various industries in 18 countries worldwide. At our location in Cologne, we primarily serve the customer Ford.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all customer and prospect inquiries. You will provide competent advice on product information via telephone, email, or live chat and solve our customers' problems. The inquiries are processed using state-of-the-art technology and with a high level of service orientation. Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
