Responsibilities:

Review bid documents and actively participate in pre-bid meetings to ascertain project scope.
Conduct precise takeoffs and estimate quantification for accurate project assessments.
Obtain quotes from subcontractors and vendors to facilitate comprehensive project planning.
Develop and manage project schedules for efficient project execution.
Attend project meetings and nurture relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Prioritize safety and quality standards throughout project implementation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 3+ years in electrical project management and estimation.
Hands-on expertise in the electrical field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Positive team player with a proactive attitude.
In-depth knowledge of construction practices.

Additional Information:

Competitive compensation in the range of $90,000 to $130,000, reflecting industry standards.
