They are seeking an energetic team member who strives to succeed and make a difference in a hands-on, customer focused environment. This Building Automation Technician will be experienced in the programming and servicing of BAS/DDC controls.
Experience with Niagara products and certification in AX and/or N4 strongly desired.


Duties will include interpreting drawing packages for current and new projects, program modifications and assisting with the commissioning of systems.

Additional responsibilities may include supporting engineers in researching part numbers and manufacturers, and assisting the sales team with technical issues.


Compensation:
Competitive compensation package includes hourly rate up to $65/hr. plus excellent benefits and company vehicle.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Five or more years of experience in BAS project installation and programming of Building Automation Systems.
  • Experience reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong handson mechanical and electrical aptitude to understand the machinery with which our control systems interface.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as on a project team.
  • The ability to work on strict deadlines without constant supervision.
  • The ability to travel to job sites in the DMV area as needed. Currently many of the clients are based in northern, VA.
