    Job Description


    • Please note this a hybrid in-office role based in Denver, CO


    GTM Tooling is a new function within revenue enablement at Freshworks designed to create a more holistic and united seller experience which will in turn drive greater efficiency and productivity for our GTM teams.

    As Sr Manager, GTM Tooling, you will play a pivotal role in driving our tooling strategy to enhance our lead acquisition & sales processes.

    Your responsibilities will include designing, building & optimizing tooling, measuring ROI of the tools we use to support the business & measuring the impact to seller efficiency, productivity & revenue.

    Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Enablement, IT & Sales to ensure alignment with key business objectives.


    This position requires a deep understanding of market trends in GTM technology, hands-on experience with tool implementation, and a mindset for seller & customer experience.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in building and scaling technology implementations,
    • 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, marketing, or IT roles, preferably with the SaaS industry for sales & marketing teams
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing & sales technologies like Sprout Social, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bynder, Contentful & other brand, SEO & social selling tools
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive successful technology implementations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
    Additional Information

    The annual OTE range for this position in Denver is between: $176,760-287,235. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
