Description

As a Mesero/Mesera, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a suitable table
• Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
• Take customer orders accurately and relay to the kitchen staff promptly
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas
• Assist in food preparation when needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Familiarity with kitchen operations for effective coordination
