- You will review the job and applicant market and publish job advertisements to recruit personnel
- You will acquire contracts, win companies as clients, search for suitable personnel on behalf of clients, and support client companies
- You will create qualified candidate profiles
- You will develop customer-specific offers for companies and participate in contract creation
- You will work hand in hand with colleagues in payroll
- You have completed your (technical) high school diploma with good grades in core subjects
- You are eager to learn new things, work independently, and take on your own tasks
- You will be in daily contact with applicants and client companies, so it is good if you enjoy interacting with people and making phone calls
- You impress with your accommodating demeanor and positive character, not only to us but also to our clients and employees
- You have some experience working with MS Office programs
