We are searching for a full-time Awake Overnight Residential Staff member.

Provides functional support services and crisis stabilization to residents of Lakes Region Mental Health Center Housing and patients who reside in the Residential Program.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides therapeutic support services to insure implementation of patient's goals.
  • Assists patients to maintain community living by teaching activities of daily living and personal care; promotes independent, productive and healthy habits to patients.
  • Provides assessment, monitoring, support and crisis intervention to patients as needed.
  • Well organized, able to multitask, and understands operations of a residential home.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Health and Wellness or related area or 2-3 years of relevant experience. Meets qualifications to provide Functional Support Services.


Licenses/Certifications:
Must have and maintain a valid NH driver's license and Liability Insurance. May be required to become certified through medication training.
