We are looking for you to start on August 1st, 2024 for our 3-year apprenticeship as a Brewer and Maltster at our location in Lübz

Are you looking for excellent opportunities?
  • You will learn how to brew different types of beer as well as how to produce beer mixes and non-alcoholic beverages
  • You will be involved in the entire production process, which consists of both biochemical and technical processes
  • You will operate the necessary production equipment independently and will also take on tasks in a malt house in addition to the brewhouse and fermentation cellar
  • To ensure the high quality of our beers, you will gain insights into the proper handling of raw materials such as hops, malt, and water
  • For a holistic understanding, you will also contribute to departments such as the laboratory and bottling
  • You will acquire the necessary theoretical background knowledge during block lessons at the Rübekamp vocational school in Bremen
