    Counter Sales Representative I - Las Vegas, United States - Sonepar

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales and engage customers proactively.
    • Maintain the sales and showroom areas.
    • Keep the counter and showroom stocked and well-organized.
    • Enhance customer service standards measurably.
    • Handle customer will-call orders efficiently.
    • Process returns at the counter.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 months in a related role.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude with a diplomatic approach.
    • Present a professional demeanor at all times.
    • Openness to ongoing training for skill enhancement.
    • Capability to lift objects up to 50lbs.

    Minimum Educational Background:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Proficiency in clear and concise communication.
    • Basic proficiency in math, reading, and computer usage.
    • Preference for bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
