At Würzburger Versorgungs- und Verkehrs-GmbH, we are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) for our Human Resources Department at our location in Würzburg.

Your responsibilities:

Processing of payroll and time management, taking into account all legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations
Maintenance of employee master data
Consultation of employees on payroll-related topics
Handling of reporting and certification processes
Correspondence with health insurance companies, social security agencies, and authorities
Support in the development and optimization of processes in the payroll system
Participation in HR projects
Supervision of trainees in payroll processing
