    Job Description
    • Align with the Change / Comms / Learning and Experience Team to have oversight of the overall HR Transformation communication.
    • Structure internal requests and align priorities with the Director of Strategy and Operations for People & Culture, ensure strong communication and support the decision-making process.
    • Monitor the overall health of projects and program within your portfolio; Ensure robust project/program governance.
    • Support PMO Lead in multi-year programs.
    • Manage Project / Program Portfolio and negotiate program scope definition to ensure a strong project charter.
    • Work with program sponsors to prepare for stage-gate and SteerCo meetings.
    • Support in establishing reporting structure, harmonized processes, and content.
    • Establish, manage, and maintain Program Governance artifacts.
    • Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity and influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes
    • Participate in internal projects to ensure outcomes, improve efficiency and methodologies.
    • Build bridges between functions and departments to ensure End-to-End processes.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting and/or program management and strong interest in People & Culture topics
    • HS Diploma or GED required
    Preferred Requirements:
    • Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
    • Demonstrate ability in change management and transformation processes
    • Have significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies
    • Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Demonstrate great interpersonal and leadership skills in addition to excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders
    • Proficient with business process, operations and metrics definition best practices
    • Brings a Can-do attitude.
