    Description


    The Practice Manager (PM) takes a leadership role in directing in the day-to-day functions of assigned practice(s) within the network in accordance with the philosophy of Crozer Health Medical Group's mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.


    The PM is an institutional steward who focuses on engaging staff, enhancing skills, aligning staff toward common goals, and empowering each team member to act in ways that support the goals, mission, and culture of the institution.

    As such, the PM focuses on developing/enhancing key processes needed to deliver the best possible patient experience while upholding and actively promoting Crozer Health core organizational values such as ethical behavior, professional demeanor, accountability, commitment to team, and collaboration.


    Experience:
    Minimum two to three years'

    experience in physician practice management, healthcare, or clinic setting .
    Minimum of one to three years' supervisory experience.

    Education and Training:
    High School Diploma required
    Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or actively pursuing Bachelor's Degree, preferred
    In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, must possess strong experience in physician practice management and/or related field and strong background / experience may be substituted
