At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a travel advisor (m/f/d) at the DB Vertrieb GmbH travel center in Kempten (Allgäu).
Your tasks:

You are responsible for advising and selling all offers and additional services in passenger transport for DB
You conduct customer conversations professionally and in a standardized manner
The dedicated and active sale of additional offers is also part of your area of responsibility
You process fare refunds and advise customers on all matters related to travel
Receiving customer suggestions and complaints falls within your area of responsibility
Actively approaching and advising customers on the use of digital apps and ticket machines

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training as a traffic service clerk or a comparable commercial training with professional experience in a service-oriented area
You have good knowledge of traffic geography and know the route maps of DB
High affinity for new sales media such as smartphones, tablets and the internet
You convince with knowledge and skills in complaint and conflict management, with the aim of offering customers a solution already at the
