Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (m/f/d) SSB stands for public transportation that moves the entire city of Stuttgart and the surrounding region.

- In your role as a project manager or construction manager, you will be involved in the energyrelated TGA renovations of our properties to achieve our goal of climate neutrality by 203
- You are motivated to develop and implement renewable heat concepts and energysaving measures our inhouse building management system is at your disposal.
- You also manage external specialist planners based on the HOAI service phases 19 and plan smaller to mediumsized construction projects independently.
- In teamwork, you support your colleagues in technical facility management and in new and conversion projects with a focus on HVAC.
- With your expertise and commitment, you contribute to the annual budget planning and participate in crossfunctional organizational projects, process optimizations, and risk management.
- Last but not least, you demonstrate your reliability in oncall duty.
- Your foundation is a degree in engineering (FH) in building services or a master's degree in energy technology.
