Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute catering events, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Manage inventory control to ensure adequate supplies for events
  • Supervise catering staff during events, providing guidance and support
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in catering, food production, or culinary roles
  • Strong knowledge of shift management and hospitality practices
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen management
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff effectively

Job Type:
Part-time

$ $25.00 per hour
