Construction
Project Manager to join a dynamic, close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Expectations: As the Construction Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between their clients and their project teams. You'll manage customer expectations and requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful project experience.
- Project Goals: From inception to completion, you'll oversee project goals and expectations. Your expertise will guide them through all phases of the construction process.
- Collaboration: You will work directly with customers, design consultants, subcontractors, and agencies having jurisdiction. Effective communication and collaboration are key
- Leadership: Leading by example, you will provide strong leadership to their project teams. Your ability to mitigate risks and execute quality means and methods of construction will be crucial.
- Schedule Management: Keeping projects on track is your forte. You will manage the construction schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with owners and design teams is essential. Your interpersonal skills will shine
- Change Orders: Negotiating, preparing, and executing change orders will be part of your daily routine.

Site Visits:
Regular site visits will ensure the projects are conducted properly and progressing as planned.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with software programs such as SAGE, Procore, and MS Project is a must.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of construction management experience, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in applicable industry (construction management, architecture, or engineering)
- Cultural Fit: A servanthearted leadership style that aligns with their company values.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost reporting and project management software.
- Passion: A genuine passion for construction and delivering exceptional results.
