Today, we employ nearly 550 people at various locations in the Hamburg area for the brands Volkswagen, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Large Customer Disposition (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Large Customer Disposition team
  • Ensuring structured training and task-oriented development of employees
  • Compliance with audit guidelines and preparation for manufacturer inspections
  • Creating reports and metrics for sales activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Completed commercial training and/or a degree in business
  • Relevant professional experience in disposition
