Your Responsibilities

  • Independent conception of technical building equipment systems in close coordination with the client's requirements
  • Planning of systems in cost groups 410, 420, 430, 470, and 480 (DIN 276)
  • Coordination with external trades
  • Structured creation of performance specifications and functional performance descriptions
  • Participation in project procurement and billing
  • Monitoring of construction site execution

Your Profile

  • Completed engineering degree in building services or building climate control, or alternatively an adequate technician training
  • Relevant professional experience in planning industrial and commercial projects across all phases of the HOAI
  • Thorough knowledge of the VOB
  • Structured and independent work style with effective use of common planning software
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, teamwork abilities, and a customer and service-oriented mindset
