THE BUSINESS


We provide temporary temperature and humidity control solutions to an array of industries such as construction, industrial, and water damage restoration.

We are a 24/7 operations. Being available to our customers when they need us is what differentiates us from our competitors.


THE ROLE
Looking for a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to build our Chicago branch to:
Sell services for the growth and expansion of the Illinois state area.

Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.

This role is 80% outside sales but also includes accountability for the branch.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE


Have sales experience in the commercial construction industry but we will also consider industries such as petro/chem, marine, and water damage.

Be willing to travel on short notice when emergency situations arise.

Have experience in marketing and managing projects and/or people.

Meet and/or exceed sales goals.

Have experience taking initiative to create new opportunities on their own, without relying solely on provided leads.

Will enjoy having to roll-up his/her sleeves and do what is needed to get the job done.

Will take ownership of all aspects of the position.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Generate new and repeat sales.

Estimate, quote, and close business necessary to meet revenue and sales objectives in assigned territory.

Develop, maintain and grow an opportunity pipeline in the CRM database.

Update and maintain the CRM per company policy.

Manage shop, including technicians and inventory.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of businesstobusiness sales and experience in a service industry such as construction, petro/chem, marine, or water damage.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to plan and schedule sales activities using CRM software
