Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking
  • Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as inventory management
  • Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with phone systems and customer service is preferred
