  • Immunological and cell biological work:
Isolation and functional studies with human and murine tumor cells and stromal cells, cell separation, cellular immunology (determination of proliferation, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, live cell imaging, co-cultures)

  • Animal experimental work:
Conducting animal experiments, documentation, i.v., p.o. and i.p. injections, blood sampling, euthanasia, ensuring compliance with termination criteria using a score sheet.

  • Molecular biology, biochemistry:
Proteomics, WB, immunoprecipitation, DNA and RNA isolation from cells and tissue material, PCR, quantitative PCR, cloning, transformation, generation of genetically modified cell lines and their selection; single-cell RNA sequencing; preparation of NGS libraries

  • You will work with the following equipment, among others:10x controller, ELISA reader, flow cytometer, cell sorter, PCR, fluorescence microscope
