Registered Nurse

The Banner Health New Nurse Experience is a full-time Registered Nurse position that assists you in transitioning from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse at Banner Health.
This program provides a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and develop new personal and professional relationships.
Successful candidates will be placed in specific units at Banner Health facilities to be clinically mentored by unit staff and educators.

Registered Respiratory Therapist
As an RRT, you will independently provides respiratory care, pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing to patients in a variety of health care settings.
Performs patient assessments and evaluates patient response to care provided, making recommendations to physicians regarding the plan of care, appropriate use of respiratory therapy and modification of therapy as clinical condition changes.
Documents therapy provided in an accurate and complete manner in accordance with established department/hospital policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or technical degree. Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). In the state of Nevada, all incumbents must have their Blood Gas Technologist certification. Basic Life Support (BCLS) required. Must be knowledgeable of clinical techniques, applications and equipment as typically obtained through one year of clinical experience. Surgical Technologist
This position selects and places surgical instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery. Scrubs and provides instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during surgical procedure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge and current basic life support certification. Where applicable must be registered with State Regulatory Agency. The position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain professional decorum in highly stressful emergent situations.
The position requires the ability to be conscientious, organized, and orderly and the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the surgeon and patient.
