    Job Responsibilities

    The Sr Director, Sales (eCommerce) position is on the frontline of generating excitement and demand for our industry-leading products. This position will identify needs, qualify sales opportunities, and manage an expansive etail pipeline.

    The Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for building the strategic direction for the Amazon partnership to achieve efficient and profitable sale of the company's products to targeted revenue goals while creating the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities


    Drive long term strategic objectives for Amazon to achieve significant and profitable market share growth in targeted categories across Razer's Business Units.

    Manage a team consisting of Account Managers, Sales Support, and Interns.
    Create and implement strategic sales programs and marketing plans that drive incremental growth.
    Deliver monthly performance and key metric scorecards and provide meaningful insights on customer and market performance.
    Effectively drive sell through and sell in strategies on Amazon to meet and exceed quarterly and annual budget goals.
    Review sales data to make strategic recommendations on promotional and traffic-driving activities.
    Collaborate and have alignment with retail channel sales and marketing strategies.
    Monitor and validate forecasts and inventory levels.
    Develop influential relationships with key decision makers and executives at all levels at Amazon.
    Analyze industry market trends, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts.

    Manage the sales team budget:
    T&E, Marketing, Promotions, Partner Programs, etc.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Minimum 7+ years of Amazon or eCommerce strategy and planning experience with Amazon direct and marketplace sales platforms.
    Experience in the consumer electronics, preferably gaming peripherals, systems, and/or mobile industry.
    Relationships with key stakeholders at retailers like Amazon, , , etc.

    Experience with various aspects of Amazon required:
    AMS/AMG Campaigns
    Vendor Central Management
    Premium A+ content management
    Promotional vehicles like DOTD and Lightening Ads
    Strong team leader to take the existing team to a higher level.
    Proven accountability for revenue growth, new market penetration and associated KPIs.
    Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
    A strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment.

    Strong financial and strategic planning skills along with a high level of understanding of Internet marketing and overall business development.

    Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Master's degree highly preferred.

    Pre-Requisites

    Salary Ranges (per annum):

    $148, $247,000.00
