What You'll Do:
LM Envision, LogicMonitor's leading hybrid observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain operational visibility into and predictability across their IT stacks, so they can continue to deliver extraordinary employee and customer experiences.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be instrumental in working closely with our international Employee Success team and business leaders to conduct and maintain compensation benchmarking, ensure the highest level of data integrity, and curate a pay-for-performance rewards culture.
Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager, you will play a key role in facilitation of our compensation review cycles, partner with stakeholders across the business to institute fair and market-competitive compensation practices, and drive special projects in Total Rewards.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
_ Compensation & Total Rewards Administration_
- Manage participation in external compensation surveys and maintain internal market benchmark database
- Take a progressively active role in project management of LogicMonitor's compensation review cycles
- Partner with HRBP team to evaluate compensation benchmarking requests and synthesize both internal and external datapoints to generate sound and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training materials for managers and employees regarding LogicMonitor's total rewards package and payfor performance philosophy.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Finance, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate flow of information between teams and systems.
- Assist in materials preparation and meeting documentation for the LogicMonitor Compensation Committee.
- Facilitate employeefacing aspects of LM's equity program
- Assess jobs and their respective duties to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
_Special Projects_
- In partnership with HRIS team, configure and maintain core compensation structure in Workday
- Partner with HRIS/Ops team to implement and learn new tools to further automate compensation functions
- Analyze results of compensation surveys and present results as relevant.
- Partner with HRIS team to expand LM's people analytics capabilities, including creation and configuration of total rewardsrelated KPI dashboards in Workday.
- As needed, create and run reports in support of data needs for talent reviews, planning sessions, adhoc analysis, etc.
- Partner with global HRBP team to lead compensation benchmarking and local analysis for new international offices.
What You'll Need:
- 13 years of compensation or HRrelated experience
- Experience with Radford or other thirdparty compensation databases is a plus
- Experience with Workday or other thirdparty HRIS systems is a plus
- Familiarity of current compensation market practices within tech industry
- Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
