The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests.

The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment. Failure to comply with the Conflict of Interest Code requirements may void the appointment.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work in a law enforcement environment that includes the presence of firearms
  • Must be able to work in a highrise building
  • Frequent sitting is required
  • Must be able to move or carry a laptop and/or binders to/from home office and outside location sites.

HYBRID TELEWORK:

  • This position is eligible for hybrid telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Enforcement Branch and based on CDI's current telework policy. While CDI supports telework, inperson attendance will be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to work with mínimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
