How to be successful with us - your main tasks:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and driving continuous improvement of HSE at the site
  • Identification and implementation of improvement projects
  • Supporting Capex projects
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates
  • Conducting, monitoring and approving basic and detailed engineering
  • Planning, organizing and developing employees of partner companies
  • Implementing and improving standards through active support and participation in technical networks
  • Compliance and optimization of standards to meet PMP standards

What makes you attractive to us - your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline
  • Several years of experience in the refinery/petrochemical industry or comparable experience
  • Knowledge of applicable technical regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of project management, reliability engineering and root cause analysis
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High level of personal commitment to results and initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Openness to new ideas
  • Teamwork
