- Creating hotel print ads and other marketing materials for the sales team to distribute on sales visits.
- Going to different segments in the market (Medical, Apartments, Outlets, etc) to distribute marketing materials such as Hotel print ads, business cards and vouchers for Spring's Bistro + Bar and input in the company database.
- Maintaining the company sales funnel and entering in data such as notes on each segment visit and company/group information.
- Responsible for collecting company business cards and returning them to the Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to store in the company database.
- Attending networking events.
- Performing a SWOT Analysis of the hotels' competitive set and leveraging on how we can outperform the comp set through sales, marketing, and social media.
- Prospecting via Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn and other channels to get potential companies and groups to book with our hotels.
- Maintaining hotel and company blog.
- Opportunity to help kickstart a restaurant and new convention center.
- Create a hotel marketing plan with the Regional Director of Sales.
- Ad-Hoc projects when they arise.
- Undergraduate seeking a BBA/BS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations.
- Must be motivated, energetic and possess great communication skills.
- Knowledge in managing social media accounts with a creative approach to gain new followers.
- Hootsuite, Canva, and Photoshop experience a plus.
- Powerpoint, Word, and Excel experience.
- Uploading weekly reports in the company portal.
- This is an unpaid internship.
