About the Role:

Our ideal Guest Experience Manager is diligent, enthusiastic, and adept at leading and guiding a team. Working closely with the General Manager, Guest Experience Managers play a vital role in supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. They inspire and oversee team members, ensure standards are met in both the kitchen and dining area, and create a safe, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and mentoring Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the establishment
  • Developing Culinary Leads and maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Supervising food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Handling deliveries and other assigned tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work across different areas of the restaurant for personal and team growth
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Assisting with any additional duties as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Flexibility to bend and reach overhead frequently
  • Proficient in using kitchen tools and equipment with precision
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions, including near open flames
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces and maintain constant communication with team members
  • Visual acuity and awareness necessary for the job role
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel as needed
  • Alertness and commitment to working safely at all times
  • Occasional work in outdoor weather conditions may be required
