Requirements:

• MA Real Estate License
• At least one year of sales and/or leasing experience (preferred)
• A customeradvocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
• A true passion for real estate, sales, and market knowledge
• An upbeat personality and ability to quickly build rapport with people
• Knowledge of your local community
• Enthusiasm for learning new tech tools
• The ability to remain organized and work efficiently and independently
• The ability to work inoffice, weekends included
