Full-time position

Work

Schedule:
8 hour shifts Monday through Friday with possibility of overtime

Weekends:
Depending on events, opportunities to work overtime and be paid time and a half


_Job Requirements_

• Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 pounds
• Above average communication skills
• Experience in custodial services and customer service
• Driver's license

_Brief Description_
Responsible for performing a variety of custodian services such as cleaning the main clubhouse building & pool bathrooms. Responsible for daily setup and breakdowns for HOA club gatherings and HOA meetings. Good communication skills and ability to interact with HOA members. Ability to fill out preventive maintenance forms; some light handyman work. Willingness to complete tasks as assigned by management and work with other staff members.
