• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to company websites and generate leads/sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify key opportunities for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to maximize ROI.
• Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance online presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in digital marketing efforts and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring costeffectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, and influencers, to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on digital marketing performance to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
• Work with leadership/team to foster a positive work environment
• Maintain a 60% billable rate within the department
• Establish a weekly part time, inoffice presence
