Location:
Doral, FL

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Salary: 45k per year

Job description:

The Program Representative will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the program, fostering effective communication and collaboration between our client and its partners.

This entails overseeing the issuance, coordination, and management of purchase orders, meticulously navigating every step of the process to ensure seamless delivery of parts to customers within the agreed-upon lead time.

Serving as the primary liaison, the Program Representative will assume responsibility for all account management affairs, serving as the central point of contact for any daily operational needs and inquiries.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operational needs of the programs assigned.
  • Manage order expedites and updates.
  • Issue escalations to the Program Manager.
  • Support monthly reviews with metrics.
  • Update and produce operational reporting.
  • Identify business growth opportunities.
  • Support program risk management.
  • Highlight and develop process efficiency and improvements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and qualifications:
